User Data Deletion

This page explains how Shoot Live users can request deletion of their account and related personal data.

Delete your account in the app

If you can still access your Shoot Live account, use the in-app account deletion option from your profile or account settings. This is the fastest way to request deletion of your account and associated data.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "User Data Deletion Request". Include the email address or username associated with your account so we can identify it.

Verification

To protect user accounts from unauthorized requests, we may ask for additional information to verify that you own the account before completing the deletion request.

What we delete

When a verified deletion request is completed, we remove or anonymize the account profile and personal data associated with that account, except where limited retention is required for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, or resolving disputes.

Processing time

We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days. If more time is required for verification or legal review, we will respond through the contact method provided in your request.

Information to include in a request

  • Your Shoot Live account email address or username
  • The platform you used, such as iOS, Android, or web
  • Any details that help us identify the account safely
